Hair of the Dog

Well it was a great Nazareth album, but I wonder what the origins have to do with having a drink to cure a hangover? Did someone roll over and mistakenly begin to lick a dog instead of grabbing a bottle of aspirin. well, I am going to give it try, the beer for a hangover, not the dog licking. Lot's of weird stuff on Rachels site. People stealing names, from, ironically one of the ones I regularely follow,Jack. She seems like a great girl and has paid some dues so the idiot that posted with her name is just that-an idiot. Would it even matter if they would have just posted as I am the idiot? If you are going to start a blog and set it up, why not come up with something original. So if you read this, whomever you might be, think about it. Your crabbing about original music and yet you steal a name, maybe that says something, or not. well since I am posting that Rachel Fuller should do a cover of Jennifer Juniper I figure I've lost it. watched the VH1 special of warren Zevons last album(and days) yesterday, very moving. I remember buying his 1st album and listening to Werewolves of London endlessly, and playing Lawyers in a band. A very strong person to document their own demise. Have a lovely Sunday.

"Hair of the dog that bit" I think comes from medieval days. If you were bitten by a dog you had to swallow one of its hairs in order to avoid infection or disease. When you think about it, there is a kind of logic, buliding up immunity and all that, a bit like a vaccine...

Rich,

Hiya!

Yes, odd and idiots. :) I have to say, the other one that wasn't stealing my name (Justwondering or something) had some good points. I should have been more descriptive than "junk"... but I didn't realize that BBS fans would be reading.

I'm going to write something about the identity crisis... :p Who knows, it might be funny, it might turn into something else entirely.

Unfortunately, I can't get the veggies delivered to Canada... however I always visit farmers markets and buy as often as I can from small business. Love to support the little man! The one that does the work! (Also, I love to have a face to put to the product I'm buying.)

Take care, Rich, thanks for your support!

Jack
